Availability is mixed with a few days/times and room available depending on the modality and suitability. Minimum of 2 days would be required. Some rooms have half days available which rentals would be adjusted accordingly. Half days are not offered otherwise.
This clinic is a wonderful space for a practitioner wanting to continue to build their own business and brand under the umbrella of a busy existing practice and having the opportunity to be surrounded by other like minded practitioners.
A bit about us:
We are a beautiful 8 year old healthcare care clinic purpose built over two levels. We are located on busy Hampton street and within walking distance of the train station, buses and of course lunchtime beach walks.
We have 9 treatment rooms, two patient bathrooms, team kitchen and bathroom (that doubles as a disabled bathroom), reception area, stair lift for patients with low mobility, wheelchair ramps, rear disabled access and parking, all presented in a calm and welcoming environment. The clinic has wifi available and a separate admin room.
We are a very patient centered and work hard to provide an excellent patient experience.
Our team consists of 15 healthcare practitioners of varying modalities from Podiatry, Myotherapy, Acupuncture, Skin therapy, Diabetes education and more along with two welcoming receptionists.
The rooms that we are accepting interest for are:
Room one: upstairs room with a over sized patient chair that reclines electrically, second patient chair, practitioner desk and ergonomic chair. This room has central heating and cooling and a beautiful half wall of glass bricks allowing natural daylight into the room along with Dimmable lights. This room is perfect for more consulting style practitioners eg- counselling, Naturopathy, speech pathology etc. Availability Monday or Friday & Saturday.
Room two: upstairs room with an electric treatment table, handsfree sink and built in storage. Patient chair, feature light and fully dimmable down lights. This room has its own heating and cooling. Availability is Monday and Saturday. Would suit more beauty and skin style businesses.
Room three: upstairs room with an electric treatment table, handsfree sink and built in storage. Patient chair, feature light and fully dimmable down lights. This room has central heating/cooling and a large openable window with privacy and blockout blinds. Availability: Monday and Tuesday afternoons, Thursday and Saturday.
We do have reception on-site with a booking system in place however use of these facilities would be negotiated.
